Duties, taxes and customs
For all USA orders, we handle import duties, taxes and customs clearance for you – at no additional cost to you. In rare cases, customs inspections may cause minor delays, but also in this case you will never be charged extra fees.

Restricted destinations
Some countries, regions, or states may have stricter import rules and restrictions or increased customs risk (e.g. Canada, Brazil, Oman, Saudi Arabia). We therefore declare poppers as leather cleaners. Due to different national legislations, it may be possible that customs notices and destroys the poppers. In this rare cases we work with you on a replacement shipment. If you are not sure about your destination, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of leakage, please contact us promptly and include photos of the shipment and packaging as well as your order number so we can review the case and assist you.
