Our collection includes stretchers, rings, straps, slings and spreaders from specialist brands such as Sport Fucker and Brutus, alongside our own Kinky Monster stainless-steel range. Choose soft silicone, TPR or TPE for flexibility, adjustable straps for greater control, or polished steel when you want more weight and a firmer stretch.

What do ball stretchers do?

A ball stretcher sits around the loose scrotal tissue above the testicles, creating pressure and a downward pull on the surrounding skin. Compact rings provide a close squeeze, while taller or weighted designs create a stronger pull.

Some designs also work as cock rings, sit around both the penis and balls, or combine a scrotum strap with a separate shaft ring. One innocent-looking ring can therefore have several uses, so do not assume that one ring can only do one thing.

Which ball stretcher is right for me?

Flexible silicone, TPR and TPE stretchers are usually the easiest place to begin. They adapt more readily to the body and are easier to fit and remove.

Stainless-steel stretchers provide a more defined weight and require precise sizing. Our Kinky Monster models include round, flat and magnetic designs. Some flat steel rings can be stacked, allowing you to increase the height and weight gradually. Always check the inner diameter, height, weight, closure and material on the product page.

How should I prepare for ball stretching?

A warm shower or bath can help the scrotum relax, making the toy easier to fit. Keep the skin moisturized between sessions and use a small amount of compatible lubricant when putting the stretcher on to reduce rubbing and pinching.

Begin with a light or flexible stretcher and a short session. Position it around the scrotal tissue above the testicles rather than directly over them. Keep any key, Allen key or removal tool close when using a screw-fastened model.

A note on ball play

Pressure and stretching may be part of the experience; pain is not. Remove the toy immediately if you notice sharp pain, numbness, coldness, pronounced swelling, or unusual discoloration. Never add more weight simply to push through discomfort, and do not fall asleep while wearing a ball stretcher.

Inspect the skin after use and clean the toy according to its material. Persistent pain, swelling, numbness, or color changes should be assessed by your GP.

Many ball rings and straps can also be worn as cock rings or around both the penis and scrotum. Explore our dedicated Cock Toys category for more rings and slings, and visit Lubricants for products that can make fitting easier and reduce friction.

FAQ Ball Toys

A ball stretcher fits around the scrotal tissue above the testicles and creates a downward pull on the ball sack. Depending on its height, material, and weight, it can provide anything from a close squeeze to a more pronounced weighted stretch. Some designs can also be worn as cock rings or around both the penis and balls. It should never clamp the testicles directly or cause sharp pain.

A soft, flexible stretcher made from silicone, TPR, or TPE is generally the most approachable option. These materials adapt more easily to the body and can usually be fitted and removed more quickly than fixed steel rings. Begin with a lighter or shorter design, learn how your body responds, and only move towards heavier stainless-steel stretchers when you are comfortable with the sensation.

There is no single wearing time that suits every toy or body. Fit, material, height and weight all affect how intense a stretcher feels. Keep your first sessions brief, check the area regularly, and remove the toy immediately if you experience pain, numbness, coldness, swelling, or unusual color changes. Never sleep in a ball stretcher. Persistent symptoms after removal require medical attention.
