General
The general terms and conditions of business and delivery presented here form the basis of an order from Easyworld Trading Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Poppers-Now.com. The current general terms and conditions of business and delivery apply to every order. These can be adjusted by Poppers-Now.com at any time. 

Risks and Side Effects
With the purchase, the customer confirms that he has read and understood the instructions for use and warning of the products and that he is aware of the risks and side effects of the products. The customer has understood that Poppers are not for Human Consumption. In particular, the customer confirms that he knows that despite inhaling nitrites is harmful to health and that the products should under no circumstances be drunk (risk to life) or consumed with Viagra, etc. (blood pressure).

Protection of minors
We only sell our products to adults. For this reason, the buyer confirms with every purchase that he is at least 18 years old and knows the risks and side effects of the products. In addition, an age check takes place during or after checkout.

Disclaimer Product Use
The customer expressly confirms that he relieves Oxymoron AG and all directly and indirectly connected companies and persons from any responsibility and claims for damages that could arise through the use of the products. 

Range and prices
Poppers-Now.com can adjust the range and its availability at any time and without prior notice. The product images and the contents on the website are as current as possible. Due to changes in packaging and labeling, a product image on the website may differ slightly from the actual packaging. The prices are in US$ and incl. the statutory VAT. 

Order
Every customer order is binding and cannot be canceled. The purchase occurs when the order confirmation is sent to the customer. The dispatch takes place at the latest on the working day following the order. 

Payment and late payment
Payment is made by credit card. Poppers-Now.com can also work with purchase-on-account service providers and thus assign the claim to a third party. The default conditions of the respective service provider apply. 

Shipping
The products are always dispatched from Switzerland with FedEx or UPS to the USA.

Exchange and warranty
A product complaint must be claimed within 30 days. In the event of any obvious transport damage, a completely or partially free replacement delivery will be made upon presentation of a photo. Fees for return transportation and Handling may apply. The customer expressly confirms that he relieves Oxymoron AG and Easyworld Trading Ltd. and all directly and indirectly connected companies and persons from any responsibility and claims for damages that could arise through the use of the products or directly or indirectly through an order at Poppers-Now.com. 

Disputes
Any disputes will be solved in the UK.

Data protection
With the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to our data protection guidelines. The customer has been informed about the type, scope, location, purpose of the collection, processing and use of the personal data required for the execution of orders.
