Carriers
For U.S. orders of $120 or more, we ship via FedEx Express. For U.S. orders under $120, we use a reliable standard carrier (DPD, DHL, UPS, or similar). For all other destinations, we ship with selected international carriers depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Duties, taxes and customs
For all USA orders, regardless of order value, we handle import duties, taxes and customs clearance for you, at no additional cost to you. In some cases, customs inspections may cause delays, but you will never be charged extra fees.
If you have questions about shipping to your country or region, please contact us before ordering.
Restricted destinations
Some countries, regions, or states may have stricter import rules and restrictions or increased customs risk (e.g. Canada, Brazil, Oman, Saudi Arabia). We therefore declare poppers as leather cleaners. Due to different national legislations, it may be possible that customs notices and destroys the poppers. In this rare cases we work with you on a replacement shipment. If you are not sure about your destination, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of leakage, please contact us promptly and include photos of the shipment and packaging as well as your order number so we can review the case and assist you.
If a shipment is delayed or held during transit, our support team will work with you to clarify the next steps.
